Pregnancy Symptoms
Pregnancy symptoms can be minimized with therapeutic-grade essential oils. Back aches, fatigue, morning sickness and pregnancy nausea can all affect a woman's daily routine, keeping her from enjoying the first trimester. Many times over-the-counter drugs are not recommended for expectant mothers and so many find themselves simply tolerating these annoying symptoms and therefore bring negative energy to the entire experience.
However, we recommend celebrating every aspect of pregnancy with a holistic program that is designed to make pregnant women more comfortable on every level: physical, emotional, and spiritual. Be comfortable through your entire pregnancy by using different essential oils to meet your body's needs and attract wellness even during this delicate time. The idea is that by minimizing the strain and discomfort that accompany a normal pregnancy, women can experience a healthy and happy pregnancy and birthing experience.
Pregnancy Symptoms Relieved with Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oils?
Personal Testimony: Andrea's Pregnancy Protocol
Andrea: When I became pregnant in July of 2008, I felt very blessed to have Young Living products to assist me in the process. I had been using the essential oils and supplements for over a year and loved the results I was getting, from headache relief to the disappearance of menstrual cramps. I knew that they would assist in making my pregnancy a breeze. Below I have listed pregnancy symptoms that expectant mothers often deal with and the products that brought me relief.
Achy neck and back- Deep Relief Roll-On
Constipation- Comfortone (one or two capsules daily)
Edema- Omega Blues (4-6 a day)
Fatigue- Ningxia Red (2 ounces daily)
Heartburn- Multigreens (3 or 4 daily) or Alkalime (morning and night)
Nausea- Peppermint oil under nose and rubbed on stomach
Sciatic nerve pain- Wintergreen oil rubbed on location
Sleeping problems- Peace and Calming and Valor oil blends
Stretch marks- avoid them by rubbing Tender Tush all over abdomen
Stuffy nose- Peppermint oil (one drop on the roof of the mouth)
Perhaps you are having trouble conceiving in the first place. Cleansing the colon and the liver are a good place to begin. Young Living carries the products to complete both cleanses.
Hopefully these suggestions will help minimize the first signs and symptoms of pregnancy that you are experiencing!
